Accommodation
Each category preserves the architectural character of the room it occupied in 1908 — a zenana chamber, a steward’s office, a garden verandah. Furnishings are period pieces or faithful reproductions from Hyderabad’s Moazzam Jahi workshops.

A corner suite facing the Charminar skyline, panelled in teak salvaged from the old Paigah havelis. The sitting room carries its original Belgian chandelier, rehung and rewired in 2019, above a hand-knotted Warangal durrie.

Named for the ladies of the zenana who once took the evening air here, this suite opens onto a latticed jharokha balcony. The bedroom ceiling retains its original naqashi paintwork, restored stroke by stroke over four months.
46 sq. m. · ₹13,200 / night
These garden rooms were once the estate steward’s quarters. Each retains its original stone jaali screens, now glazed for comfort, and a verandah where breakfast is laid at seven each morning under the gulmohar trees.
